Notes:
- registration closes on 15th May 2013 - registration is only complete upon full payment - In order for the tour to begin ontime, flights must be booked to arrive in Tel Aviv before 3pm on 1st July. You will be picked up in groups of 5 or more from the airport by the tour company. This means you might have to wait up to 3-4 hours for your pick up as we will have people arriving ad different times. If you arrive before the 1st of July please contact us in order to organize your transfer.
Terms and Conditions:
Registration Fees and Cancellation Policy: Final payment of US $1190.00 must be made by the 1st June 2013. Cancellations made before the 15th May 2013 will be subject to a cancellation fee of$100.00. Cancellations made after the 15th May 2013, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the tour. Cancellations made after the 30th June and during the tour will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour cost.
Refunds on unused or changed tour arrangements
All voluntary unused tour services or features including hotel accommodations, ground transportation and sightseeing tours are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Limit of responsibility
This confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to each and all of the above conditions and limit of responsibility.
Insurance
We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance.
Passports and Visas
A valid passport is required for all tour participants and the passport must remain valid for at least six (6) monthys after the scheduled return of the tour. If an entry visa is required, the participant is responsible for obtaining that him or herself. |
