Iran vs. Israel - No Fear

If everybody knows that Iran poses an imminent existential threat to the world, why is no one stopping them?

What would a nuclear armed Iran mean for America, Israel, and the world?

Should Israel wait for the possibility that the international community will come to our defense or should we take our fate into our own hands and take action now?

So why is 2013 a year to stand with Israel?
In 2011 we launched our “LORD, help Israel!” prayer network, people in over 60 countries standing with us, crying out, “LORD, help Israel!” daily at noon in their time zone. We know that prayers move mountains.
We believe that launching our prayer initiative was very timely, since the past two years have been extremely tense here in the Land. Social justice movements, rising cost of living, threats from our neighbors, the “Arab Spring” are just a few challenges our tiny nation continues to face.
Today more than ever before in history we see the dark clouds gathering around us.
Within Israel it’s the increasing sin – prostitution, homosexuality, corruption; economic troubles – poverty, a housing crisis; terror – rocket attacks, terrorist infiltrations to Israel’s territory… not to mention persecution of believers at the hands of the radical ultra-Orthodox.
From without – tension with our greatest ally – the U.S., unprecedented demands from the UN regarding not only our international, but also internal affairs, threats from the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, attacks from Hamas in Gaza, open annihilation promises from Hizbullah in Lebanon, civil war in neighboring Syria, rising tensions in Jordan and Ahmadinejad building a nuclear arsenal in Iran.
As believers we know that one day ALL NATIONS will come to make war against Jerusalem. We also know that ALL NATIONS will be judged corporately by God based on how they treated Israel.
It is we, the believers, therefore, who hold the keys to our nations’ destinies! Our prayers – for our nations and our leaders, our open stand with and for Israel will most certainly be an important factor in the severity of the judgment that is inevitably coming.
Yeshua said we are the light of the world – a city on a hill which cannot be hidden. We believe this is our time, as believers in the Most High God, to let our light shine – boldly proclaiming the Good News of salvation together with our love for Israel and the Jewish people – whom God loves and whom He promised to protect and keep as a nation before Him forever.
2013 is the year to battle for the future of Israel and the future of every nation on earth!

   So, what should you do?

First, spread the importance of loving, praying for and supporting Israel wherever you go.You can use these Biblical Reasons to Stand With Israel when you speak to your pastor, church members, co-workers, family and friends. Print these out and ask for permission to put it on your Church bulletin boards. In a sentence - become an advocate for Israel!
Then, commit to pray daily for Israel as well as your nation, leaders, and their treatment of Israel and the Jewish people.
To set the record straight, our hearts ache for the Palestinian (Arab) people just as much as we do for the people of Israel. They need salvation, freedom, and the light of Yeshua in their lives! But we know that the Lord, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, even though He loves Jew and Arab alike (for He is no respecter of persons), gave this piece of land we call Israel (including Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza) to the descendants of Isaac forever as a covenant.
Above all you can support the Messianic Jewish believers in Yeshua here in the Land of Israel with your gifts to
We need your help! We need your commitment!
We need you to take a stand!
Make 2013 the year YOU stand with Israel!

0213 - PDF Cover   We started this year outlining documents and writings confirming the legitimacy of Israel's existence in the Holy  Land in theJanuary Maoz Israel Report.
Our February Maoz Israel Report focuses on a terrorist organization that was formed especially to combat our existence... In her article, Hamas' Covenant With Death, Shira briefly shares the history of the artificial creation of the "Palestinian People" and the rising of Hamas to leadership in Gaza.
The next article shares word-for-word articles from the official Covenant of Hamas.  One only needs to read with eyes open to realize who we are dealing with and why any negotiations with these terrorists will result in a complete failure.
We then share a letter from Israeli Arab Pastor, Joseph Haddad, who is a born-again believer who loves Israel and teaches other Arab believers to do the same. And our last article is a fascinating story about a Muslim UK Parliament Member, who surprisingly supports Israel.

Help Elderly Jews Survive this Record-Breaking Winter

Israel is facing some of its worst winter storms in years.
Russia’s record breaking, bone-chilling cold has hospitalized or killed more than 1,000 in recent weeks.
Because of these exceptionally harsh conditions, the struggle to stay warm this winter is a losing battle for too many elderly Israelis and Jews throughout the former Soviet Union (FSU).
With so many facing such desperate conditions, The Fellowship is expanding our compassionate Operation Warmth. This emergency campaign will distribute even more blankets and support for heating bills to impoverished senior citizens in Israel and the FSU.
Please take a moment to watch this video about our Operation Warmth campaign, and then help The Fellowship make a lifesaving difference for these vulnerable elderly by reaching out with a generous gift today.

As we enter a new year, I cannot begin to express what a wonderful blessing it is to know that together we will be able to ease the suffering of many destitute Jewish people in the Holy Land and around the world in 2013.
The reality is that millions of Jews will turn to The Fellowship in their time of need. And, in this year with your help we will:
Provide food, clothing, winter heat, shelter, and medicines for Israelis — including children and the elderly — who suffer from poverty, terrorism, and war;
Distribute vital heating fuel, food, and other basic necessities to thousands of impoverished Jews living in the former Soviet Union; and,
Bring thousands of persecuted Jewish people safely home to the Holy Land — fulfilling the biblical prophecies that promise to gather the Jewish exiles “from the four corners of the earth” (Isaiah 11:12).
These blessings are only possible because compassionate friends like you give generously to The Fellowship.
People like Jonathan from California, who told us that he was moved to support The Fellowship because, “It is God's word that tells us to share our blessings with others … I am blessed and want to help God's chosen people, especially those who are in need.”
Or Norman from Texas, who wrote, “I want to do what I am able to do to help in any way … God bless the Jewish people and God bless The Fellowship.”
Fellowship friends have many different reasons why they give. But all have one thing in common: Their donations have a lifesaving impact on Jews suffering from heartbreaking poverty, and anti-Semitism. Please join us and make a difference today!
With prayers for shalom, peace,

This year, millions of Jews in the former Soviet Union and in Israel will turn to The Fellowship for lifesaving assistance — orphaned and at-risk children, impoverished and hungry families, Holocaust survivors, the home-bound elderly, and so many more. They look to us for help with food, clothing, housing, heating fuel – and with Israel in the grip of a winter storm, the needs become more urgent.
Thanks to the generous support of Fellowship friends like you, we are able to help these vulnerable souls. In light of rising anti-Semitism around the world, let us pray that those who hate will learn to love. Let us also pray that we, Christians and Jewish working together, will set an example of compassion and caring for all to follow by supporting the needy in Israel and in Jewish communities around the world.
  • Pray for the safety and protection of Jewish communities in Europe and across the world that are suffering from the resurgence of harsh anti-Semitism. Pray for an end to anti-Semitic violence, intimidation, vandalism, and hate-motivated crimes. “For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways…” (Psalm 91:11).
  • Pray that Israel's neighbors will stop their blind hatred and accept Israel's existence as a Jewish and democratic state. “In your unfailing love, silence my enemies…” (Psalm 143:12).
  • Please pray that Yael Eckstein will have a safe and fruitful trip as she travels to the former Soviet Union to visit Fellowship projects there. “The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore”(Psalm 121:8).
  • Pray that, with God's help, The Fellowship will be able to provide for emergency needs during this cold winter.“Feed the hungry and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness!” (Isaiah 58:10).
  • Praise God for The Fellowship's donors who find it in their hearts to give generously to help provide urgently needed aid to the people of Israel, as well as to Jews living in the former Soviet Union and other parts of the world. “A generous man will himself be blessed, for he shares his food with the poor” (Proverbs 22:9).
  • Pray for the establishment of a true and lasting peace in Israel. “May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels. For the sake of my brothers and friends, I will say, ‘Peace be within you’” (Psalm 122:7-8).

The Selection of Abraham
Terah Takes Leave

...And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran, his son's son, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there...
Genesis 11:31

Journey of Abram

...So Abram went, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him; and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran...
Genesis 12:4
To reconcile both accounts of Abraham's journey towards Canaan and properly understand the special significance of Genesis 12, we must have a better appreciation for who Abraham was and the environment he came from.

1 And Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel to Shechem, and called for the elders of Israel, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers; and they presented themselves before God. 2 And Joshua said unto all the people: 'Thus said the LORD, the God of Israel: Your fathers dwelt of old time beyond the River, even Terah, the father of Abraham, and the father of Nahor; and they served other gods. 3 And I took your father Abraham from beyond the River, and led him throughout all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his seed, and gave him Isaac.
                                                                                                                        Joshua 24
Based on this passage in Joshua, the 'Midrash' recounts a story of Abraham as a young boy growing up in the house of Terah:
Abraham was a small child in Ur of the Chaldeans surrounded by pagan worship. His own father, Terah, owned a shop selling idols to the residents of Ur. But even as a young boy, Abraham already questioned the wisdom and validity of pagan worship. One day, Terah leaves Abraham in charge of the idol store. Abraham lifts a large stick and begins smashing all of the idols and then places his stick in the hands of the largest idol. When Terah returns and sees all of his merchandise in ruins, he furiously turns to his son and cries out, "Abraham, what did you do?!" Pointing to the largest idol, Abraham responds, "I didn't do anything, this idol smashed all of the others." Terah's anger flared even more, "Are you mad? You know that idol has no power to harm any of the other statues!" At which point, Abraham turns innocently to his father and asks, "Then why do you pray to him?"

If a murdered of an innocent person already is unacceptable, imagines then, the GENOCIDE OF 6 MILLIONS OF INNOCENT PEOPLE?
The world can have forgetful of many murdered, but the GENOCIDE OF 6 MILLIONS OF INNOCENT PEOPLE MARKED THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD FOREVER.
These 6 millions of innocent people were people like us, so, if we have been born in the same epoch and country of them, we have been dead too. If they had been born in our epoch, they would be living the lives of them normal that we always live every day.
As well as us, these 6 millions of innocent people had houses, jobs, families, money and everything that we have, but they did not have the same fate than ours, and they lost everything and them own life.
As well as us, these 6 millions of innocent people had the right of the life, but they murdered and massacred, where we still are alive to remember this.
May we be able to remember of these 6 millions of innocent murdered, for we give value not only for the life, BUT WE VALUE THE LIFE OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN THIS WORLD YET.

Sen. Chuck Hagel: The Enemy Of Israel in the White House 3

Dear Fellow Conservative,

It is with great urgency that I write to you today.

By nominating Chuck Hagel as Secretary of Defense, Barack Obama has given us a preview of a second term that will be even more anti-Israel, more accommodating to the nuclear ambitions of the Iranian mullahs, and more willing to befriend the terrorists of Hamas and Hezbollah. In Hagel, Obama has selected someone who is fully on board with his catastrophic policies, and worse, is willing to act as an undertaker for American power, which will be drastically weakened by huge cuts in our defense budget...cuts even outgoing Secretary Panetta has warned against.

The Hagel nomination is one of the "radical transformations" Obama warned us he would carry out when he was first elected, and it must be stopped. Based on his record of hostility to Jews, Israel, and American military supremacy, Chuck Hagel will be a disaster as Secretary of Defense.

  • Hagel was the only senator out of 100 who refused to sign the American Jewish Committee's 1999 statement against anti-Semitism in Russia.
  • Hagel was one of only a handful of Senators who refused to sign a bipartisan letter to the European Union to add Hezbollah to its list of terrorist organizations.
  • Hagel strongly opposed the enhanced interrogation of suspected al-Qaeda terrorists after 9/11 that helped prevent more terrorist attacks on our homeland.
  • Hagel voted to invade Iraq and then, almost immediately, joined the left in attacking the efforts of our troops on the ground.
  • Hagel currently serves as Chairman of the Atlantic Council, a foreign policy blog. On December 11, 2012 the Atlantic Council published a front page article titled "Israel's Apartheid Policy," appropriating a term, "apartheid," which Israel's bitterest enemies use to justify calls for its annihilation.
  • Hagel referred to the "Jewish lobby" in comments he made in 2006, conjuring up the image of rich, powerful Jews pulling the strings of Washington which is a staple of the hate speech of jihadis and neo-Nazis.
The bottom line: Chuck Hagel is bad for America and he is bad for Israel.

This is why the Freedom Center is working overtime to educate our countrymen about what this nomination means. Americans need to understand the role Chuck Hagel will play in Barack Obama's plan to further distance our country from our Israeli ally, to negotiate with terror and to reduce American influence around the world.

Will you fund our efforts to warn Americans about Chuck Hagel by making an emergency, tax-deductible donation of $25, $50, $100 or more right away?

With your help, FrontPage Magazine is going to commission a series of investigative columns that probe the source of Chuck Hagel's anti-Israel and anti-American beliefs. Has he made other comments that show hostility to our key alliances and to the importance of our military? The Freedom Center will find out, while also educating politicians and policy makers, media figures and public service groups about what Hagel has said and what he believes. We will put this disastrous nomination under a high intensity microscope.

This is a fight about America's ability to fight. It is a fight about the fight between democracy and barbarism in the Middle East. It is a fight our country can't afford to lose. Chuck Hagel fought in Vietnam and for that we owe him a debt of gratitude, but he is not qualified for this battle. The Department of Defense needs someone at the helm who supports the military and is willing to use it to protect our country, and Hagel's past service should not provide immunity for a record of being anti-military and soft on America's enemies for the past two decades.

America deserves better, and so does Israel. That's why I'm so urgently asking for your support of the Center's efforts to sound the alarm about Hagel. So please, follow this link right away to make the most generous contribution you can afford to help us print the pamphlets, articles, fund the campus speeches and allow us to continue to be the Paul Revere of the conservative movement.

Thank you in advance.

David Horowitz
President & Founder

P.S. Barack Obama's nomination of Chuck Hagel to be Secretary of Defense is a slap in the face to our military, Israel, and all of our allies. He was one of the most hostile U.S. Senators America has known during his tenure, and I fear he'll be the same way in the Pentagon. That's why the Freedom Center has launched an emergency effort to expose Chuck Hagel and we urgently need your help. Please follow this link right now to make a tax-deductible donation of $25, $50, $100 or more to support our efforts. Thanks—David
