Meet The Samaria Region

The
people who live in Samaria are an amazing people. More than thirty
years ago, they came to rocky, barren mountaintops with the audacity to
dream of building thriving Jewish communities. Today we see not only the
fulfillment of their impossible dream, but, more importantly, the
fulfillment of Biblical prophecy. The communities come in every size and
composition imaginable, yet they all share a love for the land and for
their people. They come from every corner of the earth, and from all
walks of life. They wake up every morning with an amazing view of the
mountains that look much the same as they did when Abraham walked the
land.
Help The Samaria Region

Unfortunately
there are families who have difficulty raising their children and
giving them everything they need. The Samaria Regional Social Services
Department works very hard to ensure that each child is cared for, that
no one is left behind. One of their most important projects is an after
school program that provides hot meals, help with homework, counselors,
and enrichment. Children from dysfunctional families spend their
afternoon and early evening hours in this center, even as social workers
are guiding the parents in parenting skills. There is a need to equip
two of these after school programs for a total of $24,000. Please join
us in blessing the people of Israel as they meet needs within their
community.
