Her Only Meal

Help Israel's Most Vunlnerable
Joseph,
Every morning, an elderly woman named Lidia walks to
Colel Chabad, one of the many Fellowship-funded soup
kitchens in Israel
She is there to eat her only hot meal of the day.
“I don’t know what I would do without The Fellowship’s
help,” said Lidia.
Lidia — an 85 year-old Holocaust survivor — is just one
of the people in Israel who are depending on Fellowship
donors like you to support our Helping Hands Campaign.
This important annual campaign will provide basic
necessities like food, shelter, clothing, and medical
assistance
to Israel’s neediest and most vulnerable people.
“Through the helping and caring hands of The Fellowship,
I know that I am not alone, and that people do care about
me,” Lidia said as she expressed her gratitude for
The Fellowship.

With Israel’s government forced to spend more of its resources to fight terrorism and defend
her borders, there is often little left to help elderly people like Lidia. That is why I urge you to
reach out to lend a “Helping Hand” today.
Your gift will make a very meaningful, profound difference in the lives of the less fortunate.

With prayers for shalom, peace,

Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein
President
PS
With so many people like Lidia counting on us right now, it is critical that we reach our
funding goal of $350,000 as soon as possible. Please make a donation in support of
The Fellowship’s Helping Hands Campaign today

God blesses her and all needy people in Israel!
Shalom!
